Thornlie Library is hosting author and artist Kylie Howarth for an illustration workshop during Book Week.
Children will have the opportunity to work with specialised art supplies such as charcoal for different activities.
Kylie has published four picture books and two junior novels including a story about a musical fish, and a seagull lifeguard named Chip. She has been on many ocean adventures around the world and her interest in marine environments inspires her work.
This event is suitable for children aged 7 - 12 years. Bookings are essential and can be made by visiting or phoning any of the City's libraries.
